All items may be returned within 7 days of delivery with prior authorization. Please contact us at email@example.com to obtain authorization on returns. Returns are charged a 20% re-stocking fee + all freight charges.
If you receive an order where we have made an error, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at firstname.lastname@example.org with the details.
If you receive an order with damaged products, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at email@example.com. Please include your order number, a picture of the damaged item and a good contact number. Please retain all damaged items and packaging until you receive notification to discard. Please be careful with any broken glass. We will file a carrier claim on your behalf. We will replace the damaged goods or issue a credit on a future order only. At Candles by Jazzy we strive for excellent customer service.
You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold Candles by Jazzy for any problems that arise from your improper storage or use of these products.
